If your scissors get sticky try wiping with some nail polish remover.
Don't forget to visit your DIY store and look through wallpapers, you can often get a free sample, they make great backing papers.Borders and character papers can also be cut for toppers.

Simple alcohol free baby wipes are ideal for cleaning waterbased ink off rubber stamps.
Look in your local supermarket kiddies toy department, they often sell cool craft items for less that you would get them for in craft shops.
Ostritch and eyelash wool make great fibres for cards and are exactly the same as the specialised packs you get from craft shops, plus you get loads more for your money.
I simply adore all of Joanna's crafting items, I use her tools as their amazing if you have dexterity issues. If Joanna can use it so can I. I visit Joanna's shop directly rather than buy from TV shows as she offers free P&P. There is also a link to her fab crafting forum too.
